Woman accidentally given Pfizer vaccine after receiving Moderna dose: daughter

Two weeks after receiving the Moderna vaccine, 97-year-old Antonietta Pollice was given a dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine, said her daughter, Patrizia Di Biase. The Public Health Agency of Canada says Canadians should receive the same COVID-19 vaccine for both shots — except in very specific and unlikely situations.
