As Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week kicks off today (Sept. 8), the once exclusive tents are opening up to the wider world. The biannual celebration of America’s fashion industry sprang to life(突然活跃起来) this morning at New York’s Lincoln Center, with more than 200 designers scheduled to show their spring/summer collections over the next eight days.
